Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Some items may experience delays as noted on their product page.
NB: In the event of conditions outside of our control IE severe weather event, orders may not be processed within 3 to 5 business days. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as we can if this occurs.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Local delivery can be organised for special orders only. Please contact us to discuss pricing.
In-store pickup
In-store pick up can be organised for special orders and large bulky orders only. Please contact us to discuss if your order is eligible.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@mozziefire.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Transdirect cannot ship to PO boxes but will deliver to your home/work address direct.
